What we collect. When you fill in a form or call (770) 555-0186, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, street address, town or ZIP, and details about your roof. Like most websites, the site and its host may also log technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

How we use it. We use your details to pass your request to one independent local roofer, to reply to your questions and to keep a record of referrals we have made. Roofers may pay us for referrals, as our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains. We never pass one request to more than one roofer.

Who receives it. The one roofer we refer you to receives the details you submitted so they can contact you. Service providers that host the site or carry form messages may handle the data on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Once a roofer has your details, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with them.

How long we keep it. We keep referral records only as long as we need them to run the service, settle questions about a referral and meet legal duties.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by calling (770) 555-0186. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children. The site is meant for adult homeowners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
