What the site is. We are a referral service, not a roofing contractor. We don't inspect, repair or replace roofs, we don't give quotes, and we don't sign contracts with homeowners. We never handle insurance claims. When you submit a request, we pass it to one independent local roofer.

The roofer is independent. Any roofer we refer you to runs its own business. It is not our employee, agent or partner, and we don't direct its work, prices or schedule. Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment or warranty is solely between you and that roofer. Georgia doesn't license roofers at the state level, and we don't check any roofer's licenses, insurance or work for you, so please make those checks yourself before you sign.

No cost to you. The referral is free to homeowners. Roofers may pay us for referrals, as set out in our Referral Marketing Disclosure.

Using the site. You agree to give accurate details, to submit requests only for property you own or are allowed to act for, and not to misuse the forms, copy the site's content for commercial use or try to disrupt it.

Information only. Content on the site is general information. Cost figures are published estimates with their source and year, and they are not quotes. Nothing here is legal, insurance or financial advice.

No warranties; limits of liability. The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any roofer's work, advice, pricing, conduct or failure to perform.

Outside links. Links to government and other outside sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the effective date shows the current version.
